“If you feel something calling you to dance or write or paint or sing, please refuse to worry about whether you 're good enough. Just do it. Be generous. Offer a gift to the world no one else can offer: yourself.”
- Glennon Doyle
Megan Thompson earned her master's degree from Spring Arbor University. My passion is to assist people in their journey to healing, wholeness, and ideal health. I have worked in a variety of settings with many different populations and am accepting of all people.
I work with individuals ages, on issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, behavior issues, relational conflict, and trauma. I use several evidence-based and holistic approaches when working with clients, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and play therapy. I believe therapy is best when it is tailored to each individual's needs and will adapt to the needs of my client. I am here to provide assistance and support however possible. I will give you a safe, comfortable, positive environment to move forward and become the best version of yourself.
