Ashley earned a Bachelors of Arts in History from Central Michigan University in 2001 and a Master of Arts degree in Licensed Professional Counseling from Central Michigan University in 2009. She has clinical experience working with a broad demographic of clients but, specializes in working with college students and those seeking to improve their mental and physical health through fitness and nutrition. She has also worked as the coordinator of an Employee Assistance Program and a Volunteer Doula Program, and has experience providing childbirth education classes.

In addition to being a therapist, Ashley is a gym owner and a certified Crossfit Coach (CF-L2) and a certified nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition L1). She is passionate about utilizing fitness and food as ways to improve mental and physical health. She believes that our mental and physical health are connected, and that taking care of both aspects is crucial for overall well-being and a balanced and healthy life.
